Damaris Martinez, Level 1 Stylist - Raphael's Salon Team

 Growing up in Palm Springs, Dama has always been attracted to anything that was affiliated with art including fashion, painting, photography and music. Dama was able to find a career that could incorporate all of her life’s passion, the art of a Hair Stylist. After graduating from Champion Institute of Cosmetology in 2010, she completed an extensive 11-month Associate program at Raphael’s Salon. She takes the personal time in getting to know her client’s individually and is determined that each client leave with a positive experience. In order to constantly meet her client’s standards, Dama continues to take classes at Wella’s L.A. Studio, participating in Live Hair Shows, collaborating with local photographers as a hairstylist, and training under the leadership and supervision of Raphael Benomar and Argelia Vargas, who thrive on teaching an eclectic mix of Vidal Sassoon/ Toni & Guy techniques.
